Grandmother's cross quilt block

Harriet was born in Ohio to a minister and his wife.  When she married a Methodist minister herself, she knew that they might be required to relocate for him to serve a new church.  Eventually they were sent to Florida, which is where their daughter and grand daughter played piano in the Middleburg Methodist Church.  At some point, Harriet and her husband moved again, all the way to Colorado (around 1900, I think).  After he died, she went back to Florida, and when she died, she was buried back in Ohio.  I see this quilt block as a “crossroads” as well as a cross – with the triangles as arrows indicating travel.
