Cream the butter and sugar. 2. Work in rest gradually, hands work well here. 3. Roll dough 1/2 inch thick and cut into squares. 4. Place on cookie sheet and pick with fork. 5. Cook at 350 degrees until lightly brown. 6. Take out fast; they get browner as they cool.
